Japanese Cheesecake

🤎 My take on the viral Japanese Cheesecake: Fresh & Healthy (no sugar cookie) Tiramisu

The internet is going crazy about this Japanese Cookie Cheesecake and Tiramisu at the moment. And I must say it looks amazing so I created my own version using Nutty Hazel Crunch Granola instead of Biscoff Cookies. This is my cozy, feel-good twist on tiramisu—creamy layers, nutty crunch, and rich chocolate brownie vibes, all made with nourishing ingredients that actually love you back.

🛒 Ingredients (2–4 servings)

  • 300 g full-fat Greek yogurt

  • 3 tbsp Verena’s Kitchen Chocolate Brownie Nut Butter

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup strong espresso or coffee, cooled

  • 1½ cups Verena’s Kitchen Nutty Hazel Granola

  • 1–2 tsp cacao powder, for dusting

  • Optional: dark chocolate shavings

👩🍳 How to Make It

  1. Make the creamy layer
In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, chocolate brownie nut butter, maple syrup (if you want a touch of sweetness), and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

  2. Prep your coffee base
Brew your espresso or coffee and let it cool completely
    Layer the magic
In small glasses or a dish - Start with a layer of Nutty Hazel Granola

    • Drizzle lightly with coffee

    • Add a generous layer of the chocolate-yogurt cream
Repeat until everything is used up, finishing with the creamy layer on top.

  3. Chill & set
Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour (or overnight if you have time).

  4. Finish & serve
Dust with cacao powder and add chocolate shavings if you like. Then grab a spoon and enjoy every nourishing bite 🤍

✨ Verena’s Tips

• Want it sweeter? Add a little more maple or honey.
• Want more protein? Use extra Greek yogurt and a touch more nut butter.
• For a plant-based version, use thick coconut or soy yogurt.
